Visa support / Visa types / Tourist visa / What do I need for the application?

For the application in a russian Consulate you will need two papers. An invitation (which is also known as a 'confirmation') and a special voucher, which confirms your reservation.

These necessary papers can be faxed or posted to the Russian consulate or to the fax number you give us. Please, firstly check if your embassy accepts a fax copy! If it doesn't - we can mail you the original papers. The cost of delivery will be added to your payment. We don't charge fax fee.

The voucher is a paper with your name and passport details and our company name, Ministry of Foreign Affairs company reference number (ours is 0430), license number and contact data on it. There are also the dates of your visa on it.
